Bug, Drivers cup master series Indy cars. Can't register a good pass, thus passing moods are useless

Other mods seem to work but not passing

The passing mod cards don’t seem to be working in career at all. They are still registering in Freeplay though, just FYI

Any idea why Forza is so lax in fixing bugs? Is there a better place to report bugs in forums?
