One of the most interesting cars to use the Viper engine, the Bristol Fighter was one of the fastest cars of its time. Until the Veyron came to the scene, that is. The V10 develops around 660 PS in the S version, and a T (for Turbo) version was planned with over 1000 PS. Sadly, that never came to fruition, and less than 15 of the S and the standard car were produced. For reference Dodge only matched the Fighter’s numbers with the final generation of the Viper in 2012 (The previous gen ACR-X had a similar output, too). The fighter was a true supercar, capable of 340 km/h, and sported an ultra-aerodynamic body for the time (Cd 0,28) and, of course, gullwing doors. Sadly, the Fighter was a failure. In 2011 Bristol went into administration and hasn’t sold a car since.
