So I bought this game about 3 months after release and noticed some cars were available only through the bounty hunter events. Such cars like the ‘16 Camaro SS and ‘14 M4 and more. Is there a way to still be able to unlock them? I’ve tried the auction house but no luck.

Yes it has been discused to death and beyond car may or may not come up in Leagues or ForzaThon Photo and Paint competions. You will not find in the AH as they were gifted cars and Gifted cars can not be sold
If you manage to win one of the weekly photo or livery contest, you can choose a prize car from the cars, that has been handed out earlier. Other option is auction house, but, if I’m not mistaken, the gifted cars can’t be sold (someone needs to confirm that, because maybe some gifted cars can be sold). Other that that there is no way to obtain the cars, unless T10 decides to make them obtainable again in the future.
Cars that are gifted through the gift section in your in-game messages can’t be auctioned (like the ones that are gifted rewards for BH hunter events), other cars that are gifted through in-game pop ups can be auctioned (like league rewards).
