Bought for Xbox, using on Windows 10

Hello Guys!

My problem is that I bought FH4 for Xbox One, because they told me that’s a cross platform game.
I got a disc in the package, but nothing else, and my reader doesn’t read the disc.

So my question is that is there any way to use the game on Win10 PC?
I don’t have access to any Xbox devices.

Only the digital version is play anywhere
