So I just bought and downloaded Blizzard Mountain on Xbox One but when I start Forza Horizon 3 there is no sign of Blizzard Mountain. There is nothing to start the expansion it’s like it doesn’t even exists. Does someone have the same issue or can someone help me please?
It was said that forza horizon 3’s new expansion, blizzard mountain, will possibly be released later today. The trailer is confirmed to come out anytime today, but not the dlc unless it is coming out tonight at 12:00 am or 12:01 am est

That is some falso info right there. It comes out the same time the usual DLC does.

I’ve bought the expansion pass on PC, but there’s no sign of the expansion on the store it doesn’t appear to be out yet

Have you read the news post on the website about the release time? (Hint: it is still 5 hours until release).
