Hey guys, just pre ordered the Ultimate Edition on Xbox One, and while there is the normal picture icons next to the Forza Horizon 3 game and the Car Pass add on, next to the All-Stars Pack and the VIP its just a black box, no picture icon, it says they are Pre Ordered and installed so is this just a glitch or has something not installed correctly, i have tried uninstalling them and installing them again but it still show up the same

I have the same problem here, I used to see the cover image of forza horizon 3 but not i can’t neither the all car pack image. Is there any problem. And i noticed it after uninstalling the demo version of forza horizon 3.
And this is a digital game which i Pre-ordered from xbox store. Few days afo i tried to open forza horizon 3 but it showed up thos message which says am too early. Now it gives me an error which aaya do you own this game?.
I’m getting this very same issue, so i’m guessing its just a glitch and wont effect anything. It might be to do with some people getting access today?
I’ve got this glitch to. I thought I broke the install for some reason because I’ve tried to download my Halo Warthog via the code and It doesn’t even try to do so.
well im glad its not just me, after going to look at it today now the picture for the main Forza Horizon 3 has gone blank too, even though when i click on it it says you are too early, hoping its just a glitch

so everything is okay with my license and everything, everything that happened after the update yesterday,
something good has broken and the game says I have to buy it back €100
I have the exact same issue. Blank icon next to Horizon 3 and the additional car pack. When trying to launch it says I need to own the game instead of the usual “You’re too early”. When I tried to reinstall the game disappeared from my Ready to install but I could download it from the store (which says that I own the Ultimate Edition). I don’t know what’s going on but hope it’s fixed until Friday. There is btw another thread here where people have the exact same problem.
