This time we go fast around Sunset Club Circuit in a 2005 Ford Mustang.

I managed a 01:07.519, my PB on the LB (with so much drama in LBC…sorry)

Alright, now that we have all of that out of the way, here comes the hopefully fun for you guys part, instead of just using my tune to go around this thing let’s try tweaking the tune to your own liking and letting the rest of us know what works for you.

Please keep the build the same, but change to your hearts content all of the settings you want to. If the Diff doesn’t agree..change it, if the Springs are too stiff..soften them.

I’m just trying something different here, there is nothing wrong with using a locked tune by any means, and I am not complaining in any way, shape or form, just trying to keep things interesting and alive.

Rules

Just drive around fast, I will keep track of a leader board, but mainly only for bragging rights.

Honor system in play here – I’m still lazy

Also, there’s not really anything at stake here, so hopefully we can all play nice. :slight_smile:

WAHOO !!! Another Challenge !!! I’m definitely in ;). Thanks CF :wink: LOVE the design :wink: This one kinda reminds of me of the 'ol NATIONWIDE Series, we used to run ;).

Shoot… that’s EXACTLY what I was planning on saying LOL : )

So far I have run a PB time of 1:06.789 on lap #6 using Yakov’s tune - If I’m ever capable of any form of consistency I may consider tweaking the tune a bit, if for no other reason than to see how to ruin a perfectly good set-up LOL : )

1:08.366 = my first go at this with your tune… vs. 1:08.130 in mine (so little difference as to only be down to various “driving” mistakes!)

…almost a PB (I’ll try again!), but may be tough for me to improve upon (limiting factor may, once again, be the driver ;^)

Nice tune and paint CFunk. Got 1:19.071. Maybe I could of got a better time if Jiminy cricket did not jump into my car, lol.

dropped the aero to 50/100 and managed a 1.07.197 with a couple errors as usual :o)

well, I got down to 1:07.934

My springs and what not still seem pretty stiff… and everything else I was doing did not seem to improve things, much. I’m pretty close to stock Forza - a bit lighter on the ARBs and, as I said, a bit stiffer on the springs. Also, a bit lower ride height. I intend to try raising it a bit and lighting up on the springs. TBD

among the changes, I looked up and put in a Ford Tremac T56: Gear Ratios: 1st 2.97; 2nd 2.10; 3rd 1.46; 4th 1.00; 5th 0.74; 6th 0.50 along with a 3.55 (stock?) final drive… and that seemed to do the trick here! …for me anyway - I do not usually use TCS (never say never ;^)

Maybe… 1:06.106 on lap 7, replay and tune are in my storefront. 1:05s are very possible, but I don’t feel like running more laps at this point (ran over 50 laps tuning plus 12 laps setting my time). Here’s the open source if anyone wants to copy and tweak it:
