I was going to say having to find the barns and simply drive up to them, without any rumor popping up, is completely opposite of how they worked in previous games, but Jezza14 saying they got all the rumors makes me think two things are going on, and it’s tied to the treasure map that can be purchased. I had previously gotten three barn find rumors and found the Vocho, an American SUV and a sporty Italian (but not that one). Since that last one, I’ve progressed another roughly 100 levels, joined the hall of fame, completed most of the stories, done all of the speed zones, speed traps, danger signs, and many races and drift zones, and yet no more BF rumors. I even purchased the house that is supposed to come with a BF rumor but didn’t get one.

I think the treasure map is the trigger. At some point early on I purchased it, for the simple purpose of locating all the bonus boards. But the map also puts all (or it sounds like all but one) of the barns on your map, at which point it seems as though you can just drive up to them to trigger the cutscene and receive the car without getting another BF rumor. If you don’t have the map purchased I think you have to wait for the rumors and find the barns on your own. I believe I purchased the map before I bought the house that includes a rumor, which would likely explain why I didn’t get one.

For those that only have 13 barns on your map even after purchasing the treasure map, the last one is likely one of the 2-3 that are tied to stories. I have now found all 14, and the last 11 are currently being restored.

Hi,

I’ve noticed that we can’t sell barn finds at the auction and I haven’t found an option to remove them from my garage.

Is there a way to delete them?

I just find it extremely annoying having cars in my garage that I don’t use.

Not sure if it works or is it a bug but in the gift drop selection screen barnies are selectable. You could try gifting them to someone. This is not really an optimal solution but perhaps one man’s trash is another’s treasure…

I noticed that some of the Legendary Cars does not have the “Remove car from garage” button, and I can’t even sell them at the auction house.
I got the same car from Super7 and from the Accolades and right know these cars are just stacking in my garage.

have you tried gifting them to random people, thats what i do.

Yeah I tried it. It says “This car cannot be gifted. Please select another car”.

Hey, so there’s an extra barn in the game quite near rather well traveled roads in the desert. Is that there for a future release? Has anyone encountered any other unused barns?

Something that might help you guys finding the last barn find! Make sure you purchase the safe house ‘La cabana’ and it gives you the prompt for the final car. Hope this helps! Drive safe!

I am in the HOF, and am at level 70something. I still have not got word about the rumor for the Renault. All the other 13 are accounted for.

Actual BF is FH5 download that everything works in it. No wonder nobody finds it. Like a grail.

I’ve got all 14. It seems the order in which you get them varies on the order in which you unlock stuff at each of the Festival sites. For me, the Jag was first.

Also, the final barn find took the longest to restore for me. I won’t spoil the car here, but if you have a barn find taking DAYS to restore, that’s normal. Mine took about 3 days. In the meantime, I had found other barn finds and and them restored while this one was still being worked on.

IMO, well worth the wait, though. It’s one of my absolute favorite cars in the game.

I find it odd that some of the barn finds are vehicles that you could just buy at the autoshow in FH4 (then again some of those same autoshow cars are now “Hard to Find” reward cars too)

I have 13/14 unlocked, the last one left is the one on the side of the volcano just above the ‘L’ in “La Gran Caldera” and it wont unlock. I have restored every other barn find, I have finished all expeditions and got 3 stars on them all still wont unlock. I have purchased the treasure map, I can see where it is but still no rumor or anything to unlock it. I cant figure out what i have to do…

Same issue here, I find it but no rumor and I’m level 71

1 is unlocked from buying a house (150k on West coast), Renault 4 I think it was
1 is unlocked from the first story chapter or expedition I did (by landing strip at the bottom of map)
12 are unlocked by upgrading the festival and just driving around for a while

yeah I have finished all story missions, 3 starred them all. Bought all houses and am just driving around doing random races now but its still locked. not sure if something bugged or not.

It has nothing to do with laps. Just wait and it will be restored for free.

Hey guys, I don’t know why but I’m missing last two barn finds, I’m level 67 and unlocked almost everything but yet the Escort and Renault, I’ve got to those two barn locations but the purple indicator or the news of a new barn find doesn’t show up.

Anyone does know why the Escort and Renault doesn’t appear in my map? Even the Ferraris are now restored but yet I’m missing the Ford and Renault, and since I can’t buy them in auction is getting pretty frustrating.
