Can I get any explanation?
So…I was playing Forza Horizon 4 massive amount of time when it was released until some “very professional player” started to crash at everyone and made ranked match a nightmare.
I wrote my opinion, which mean few swear words to his inbox.
Got banned for 1 week for it. That’s fine, at least I know he recieved my message.
But I got my gamertag banned on Xbox live and in-game by Forza team…actually by some perfect worker who ruined my whole VIP game for 100$.
My Xbox live ban ended and I should have access to all functions, but my in-game ban (as shown on forum when I sign in from other banned profile) is still active and wrote to me:
Suspended.
Temporarily suspended till 2292!!!2292!!! Really?
So can anyone explain me how can someone pre-order game for 100$, link all VIP features and passes to his profile, which as I got message from Xbox cannot be transfered…
Be temporarily banned for 274 YEARS…

To someone who ruin game by crashing at each other all the time.
My league rank is ruined, Forzathon points are lost, prizes too.
I mean…it’s not about forum, I can play FH4…but can’t access online gameplay, can’t access designs, tunes, messages, auction house, club, rivals or share anything for my 100$ spent on game…server unavailable…all futures unavailable.
If I would know this I would download pirate copy as it would have same functions.
…No commentary for this behaviour and I am not the only one as I read.
Look and I don’t swear, I would like to find solution, but believe me, I am probably the most angry in all my life because of this.

FH4 ! on new profile…had to play 1 hour to test it work well!!!..dont understand it.
I also recieved message in-game that I am banned till 2038 first day of ban…think it was error as it sent me to ban site and there was 1 week ban, which ended today.
That time I could access features like Forzathon. Can’t take pic as now even messages don’t work.
It don’t write that you are banned from this feature as first 3 days of ban, it write cannot connect to server after ban ended. But other profile can connect without issues.
I beg for help. Don’t know where is the problem. I probably miss a lot of exclusive prizes because of it.
Maybe it is some other issue, but it is all very strange.
