Banned Message

I have turned on my Xbox tonight only to discover a banned message. I’m not one of those people who intentionally Rams others, nor do I wait to wreck others after they’ve wrecked me. Last night I was in a considerable amount of races, no unsporting behavior from me apart from the odd shunt here and there. Worth adding I won about 6 races in a row in 1 lobby in particular. I suspect the others in that lobby were butthurt about not being able to beat me in this lobby and hence reported me for some rubbish reason. This needs to be resolved. I’ve been a forza player since forza 2, and never had this happen before. If I’m getting banned for being too fast for another group of players, which is certainly the case, this is a major issue. I would appreciate this being resolved please.
Thank you.

I’ll also add I was on the receiving end of an awful of unsporting behavior last night, didn’t return the favor though. If I’m going to be banned for being rammed and smashed off the track, and not retaliating or abusing other players, I won’t be purchasing another Forza title in the future. This is no way to treat a loyal franchise supporter of almost 10 years.

There was nothing at all to justify this ban. Majority of the time I was the one being punted off track. Never intentionally did it myself. If only I reported everyone who rammed me off track, this community would be a lot quieter.

Edit: one instance where a guy slammed his brakes on as I drafted him (after he punted me off track) is the only thing it could be. That’s absolute rubbish.

Yes, unsportsmanlike behavior, i.e., “shunting,” intentionally cutting off people in a natural cornering line and ramming from behind for strategic advantage is a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.

Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations by Turn 10 are discussed on these forums. You may send an email to forzafb@microsoft.com, however by the time you receive a response your initial seven-day (168-hour) ban will likely have expired.
