I only got a message saying I was banned for ten days and I can’t download designs or check the auction house, but I can still play multiplayer. The message didn’t give me a reason for the ban, just stated I was banned. Is there anywhere I can check to see the reason behind it?

I’m the same got banned while my xbox was off now I can’t use the design creator or the club tab in the pause menu
That would be correct, because posting a Vinyl containing profane wording violated the Microsoft Code of Conduct.
Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations by Turn 10 employees are discussed on these forums. You may send an email to them at forzafb@microsoft.com, however do not expect an immediate response.

Correct, you didn’t play nice in those sections of the game so you’re banned from theme for violating the Microsoft Code of Conduct with a pedophile livery of “FREE CANDY.” Those are forbidden by the rules as adjudicated by Turn 10 employees.
You may send them an email at forzafb@microsoft.com if you wish, but don’t expect a response prior to your ban expiring. Otherwise, neither bans nor the enforcement of the Code are discussed on these forums.
