Gotta say PG did get this part right. Different seasonal for the mainland and Fortune Island. I hope that trend continues with the next expansion. It gives me new events to do each week and forces me to try new cars. At this point, all I do is ranked, so I appreciate new things to conquer
Yes we won, 2-1. I even watched my team do our victory dance, then I went to my garage and checked under “M”, no Mosler there. The same thing happend to me and many others with the championship where you could win the Greenman suit. Of course difficulty doesnt matter because there is no option to collectively set the difficulty with your team.
The seasonal PR stunts have vanished from my map for some reason. They were there one minute and gone the next. It’s also impossible to get the Mosler since people can’t seem to grasp the concept of “team”. Not sure how stupid you have to be to ram your own players off the road which completely destroys any chance of getting the prize. People are really stupid for the most part. Wish there was a single player option to get this prize. Not sure why an elf suit is a prize AFTER the Christmas season is over either. Seems strange (not that any ridiculous clothes items are worth the time and effort anyway unless you’re 8 and obsessed with Fortnite).
You get 3 items in a super wheelspin instead of one from a regular wheelspin and theoretically you are more likely to get the rarer items from a super wheelspin.
Smh. I really can’t believe that you guys are going to force us to play this atrocity of “Team Adventure” to finally get the Capri FE. Yet, on Thanksgiving, so many players got it from the forzathon shop because you guys uploaded it for 15 minutes then took it back down. Mistake or not, that’s so messed up. I refuse to even bother with that part of the game. It’s god awful. As if the opposing players weren’t bad enough having to deal with trying to run you off the road, you have to worry even more about it with your own teammates. You have to be kidding. You guys finally release this car, and you make it only available on the absolute worst part of the game. That’s great. Smh
Totally agree. I’ve 100% given up on anything related to “Team Adventure” I got the Santa Suit first try for the last Seasonal Co-Op Championship and because I had a tune and car (the Unimog) I could beat the Drivatars in Unbeatable mode I was trying to help others win the suit. At least 1/2 the time I had teammates agressively blocking me or trying to pass me early when within a lap I was pulling away from them.
I hate, Hate, HAte, HATe, HATE the team events. It’s primary purpose should be single player with optional multi-player. Stop forcing me into uncontrolled play with others that don’t play nice.
I tried that but at least one other person would use an Iron Knight at or near 800 then proceed to finish middle of the pack and the AI would win the overall score. So at least if I used an 800 truck I could win all three races if I avoided the starting carnage or 2 of 3 in most cases then hope the others managed to get enough points to get a higher team score than the drivatars.
I did manage to help many teams get the suit but I’d say it was only about 1 out of 10 events. Many would quit if the team lost the first race, however in many cases that actually made it easier to win the next two races because they weren’t in my way and if the remaining 3 or 4 drivers could pass even a few drivatars we could get the win if I managed to win the last two races.
