Automotive Bucket List

Forza Community Automotive Bucket List

Let’s develop a bucket list of automotive things to see and do. What have you already checked off your list, what do you expect to be able to check off, and what would be your dream accomplishment?

See if you can limit your list to top 5 or 10 to make some tough choices!

Some idea types:

  • Racing events/track visits
  • Car festivals, shows, events
  • Museums
  • Driving experiences
  • Personal icon meetups
  • Memorabilia

Thread Resurrection !

Nowhere near the experiences of (some) of you and I was going to say there’s nothing on my bucket list really, because the dreams have died. Don’t feel too bad, that’s a small lie, I’m just too old to actually do most of them now, not to still dream about them

Really only one thing stands out as still missed on my wish/dream/bucket list, dating back to about 1979, soon after getting my license, but the stars never aligned. The Paris-Dakar Rally. On a new BMW motorcycle. Purchased fresh off the line at the factory in Germany of course. Driven from there to Paris to break it in. And then soloing the rally. Not caring at all about when I finished, just finishing it, even if it meant pushing the bike across. After that, well, there was an idea of seeing just how far that motorcycle might take me. Hey, dream big right
