A one-of-one prototype car, powered by the same engine that powered the S1 E2 - but now in a mid-engine configuration. Very few people in the world get to drive this thing, but it runs and is fully functional thanks to the efforts of Audi Tradition, Audi’s heritage preservation division which maintains cars throughout all of its history, from rare examples of old vehicles to championship winning racers. Owing to its development of the scrapped Group S, this car acts as fierce as its prototype-esque aggressive looks suggest, even though the engine itself is detuned for longevity.

Below is a video where you can watch Ken Block take the S1 E2 and the RS 002 onto an airstrip outside of Ingolstadt to rip around these legendary machines and compare the two cars in terms of feel and handling. Should this car make it into a Forza game, ever, I expect performance similar to when the S1 E2 was present in previous games, but with something that distinguishes it in terms of feel due to the MR drivetrain.

This would be so cool. I want to feel what Ken Block felt!

I find the RS002 to be a mythical car in the rally community. Its inclusion in a Forza game (whether Horizon or Motorsport) would be extremely marketable for fans of rally, Audi, and prototype cars. On top of that, to my knowledge the RS002 has never been featured in a video game in an official, licensed capacity.

If the RS002 were added to Forza, it would be the first racing game to feature the car, as a licensed Audi model.

The only issues I can foresee is scanning and modeling the car. The engine is a derivative of the Audi Sport Quattro S1E2, but the rest of the car would need to be scanned, and would likely cost money. But here’s hoping Turn10 see the marketing and racing potential of the prototype!
