I’m having problems with this car. Can anyone give me some help? I’m trying to Tune, but the Audi isn’t a good 1st Car to Tune on.
If you are just starting out with tuning, try a lower class to get the grips. Like D or C.
The problem is that it has a ton of rear aero in relation to the front. Take a good amount off the rear, set the front to full, set your acceleration diff to 100%, and put a click or two of positive toe in the rear. That should put the car at a much better starting point for you.
You are right about the Rear Aero. It does have a lot. Wouldn’t your Tips cause the Car to Over Steer. You Points do make sense, but the Audi has a good amount of Under steer as well. How can i fix that?
By putting things like Harmonic said to make it less understeery!
Think of it as neutralising an acid. You need to get an alkali, don’t ya? Same thing here, if the thing understeers, loosen it up so overall it handles better, but don’t tip it too far the other way of course!
Really bad car. I’m driving it in a championship… and it’s really frustrating! i’ve never seen an RWD car that understeers like an FWD car! >_<
Unfortunately, the car has 3 great problems that make really difficult\impossible to create a decent tuning… and they are:
- ridicolous front tire width (315mm) compared to the rear’s
- ridicolous front max downforce (only 63kg) and monstrous rear downforce
- very unbalanced weight distribution (42%)
I tried many ways to fix (or, at least, reduce that problem)… but i surrended… i realized that the Audi is only a good car for straight and fast circuits like Monza, Daytona, La Sarthe, Indianapolis and others like them.
I have one shared if you want to download?

Also worth note, it’s a GTD car not GT3. People who have driven both have noted the Daytona setup requires you to "square off " the turns to be fast. No one is more besides themselves than I that this has been replicated in Forza lol
