Spent CR 5,400,00 on a 2015 JAGUAR F-TYPE R COUPE to have the credits taken and no car. A server error came up after the credits have gone.
I’m new to this so I’m betting (what credits I have left) this sort of thing is not new??

I’ve never heard of this happening before.
I can only suggest seeing if you had a full garage before you redeemed it? That would mean the car vanishes into thin air because it has nowhere to go to.
Your best bet is to post into the support forum, and maybe message T10 via email at forzafb@microsoft.com for advice.

Even if gearg is full showed they be aloud on the auction house if it is full?
I don’t know if your problem is new, but i do know that the auction house give strange results when the servers are about to collapse. And I could see 3 hours ago already that the response of the auction house server was very very slow meaning they are about to fail. I don’t know which hardware is being used by Microsoft for the servers but I expect it to be old. The uptime of the server is less than 98% and they are slowwwwww.
The last server failure was 2 weeks ago and I had during the offline period a lot of Lambo sesto elementos for sale. They sold or for the minimum or didn’t sell. When I tried to put the cars the next day for sale, several of the sesto elementos I could not sell because of the message ‘‘this car is already sold and can not be sold again’’ So i trashed them by kicking them out of my garage.
Also I had other issues like unsold cars that can not be reclaimed, bought cars I can not get into my garage.
It is Microsoft, so what can you expect other than poor quality.

Did they fix it for you? I mean did they like giv u ur cars back eventually? Would like to know so i can avoid it happenin to me.
In my opinion, the Auction House acts pretty wonky. I’ve put a car up for auction a while back and it did not sell. So I retrieved the car from the Auction House to put it back in my garage and although the “system” indicated it had moved it back it never reappeared back in my garage. I have won a couple auctions. One of the cars I won my account was not debited for the car but the car appeared in my garage. Because of this weirdness, I very very very rarely use the Auction House any more.
Never had a single issue with the AH. I once left some cars in there ready to collect for about 6 weeks and the servers didn’t crash, was able to claim them again easily

I tried searching the username and unable to find a match. It is making me wonder.
Glad to hear this is not common in auction. And thanks for the link coz I would definitely like to see all my credits again.
