Someone please help. On February 6th 2018, l placed the 1988 #17 Dunlop Porsche 962 in the Auction House for a 24 hours. When I got home on February 7th 2018, I checked to see if my auction had sold. The auction house stated that my car had sold for a little over $580,000. So I went to retrieve the credits I got the message that the Forza servers are down please try again later. Then the game locked up. I powered the system down and restarted it but I lost my credits for my auction. My gamertag is Mitch Blalock. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
The car isn’t in the ‘my bids’ section anymore in the Auction House?
Auction house wont let me auction any car, too many saves of this file type… please get rid of some and try again, then a messege servers unavaible… what happens if i delete everything from everywhere? i mean all the collection of forza edition cars ive collected… gone for good?

There is a limit to the number of cars you can auction a day. Also, the error you are getting refers to tuning and design files, not cars in your garage. There is no need to remove cars from your garage.

Thanks Stang616, i understand the limits of amount of cars you are able to auction in any 24hrs, however the cars i auction and getting the errors on are the cars i win through driver level ups.
you are correct in that the problem lies with tuning/ paint files but even with a virgin car just won, it will not let me auction giving the above messges.
The only way i csn auction a car i win now is to delete decals and paint from the car, even though it’s brand new, never used, exit the garage and it will auction the car no worries.
If my car ends with no bids and i reclaim my car, i get the too many saves messege but the car still returns to my garage missing any paint or tune it may have had on it whilst in auction.
MY only issue now is ivepreviously deleted save games from the console and NON of my garage dlc cars are downloading again, all dlc cars stuck at 16%, 24hrs and counting 
Update: so the cars never downloaded so i uninstalled the entire game and reinstalled no problems, all garage cars are present and alls well.
To fix the error messege when auctioning cars do this:
under the cars tab goto paint/customize… then paint car…scroll to my designs and enter, there you will see (in my case) a few million saves, DELETE all the files you do not want require or need.
Your free to auction again and claim your cars with no issues. when the error appears again before the game is fixed then simply erase some saves.
