There have been more and more night races and I have headlights that work maybe 10% of the time!
Are you having issues with dynamic headlights or just no headlights at all?
I’ve lost the dynamic headlights and have no idea why or how to get them working again. My headlights are active but they no longer cast shadows in niht racing.
What cars were you using that have no working headlights at all?
No headlights at all. No lights with different cars from GM to Honda to Mercedes. More than once I picked a car with headlights ON while it was in the garage and when I looked at the car waiting for the countdown, they were still ON. Then I’d go into the adjust something on the tune, timer was up and when I exited, boom no lights at all. Kinda random when it happens to 90% of the car selections. Next race same car will have lights ON. The final straw was when it happened for the second time on Sebring last night.
They absolutely need to get on this. Its bad enough when I’m in the bumper cars lobby(any hopper) and the predators can’t see their intended targets and instead collect the whole pack.
I’d really like them to fix this - the headlight lighting is just really off, with or without HDR.
During the day/afternoon/evening lighting conditions, you actually see a visible halo and glowing effect around headlights, which looks great, although no beams on the road oddly.
Then at night, the halo/glowing effects disappear and the headlights look flat like parking lights - not to mention the road not getting properly illuminated like they did in FM6. Seriously, what gives? The game’s been out for so long - will be never see proper night driving in the game??
