I just downloaded the new FM7 April Update and the Forzathon icon has a new updated pic of the Apollo IE. I’ve seen statements from Apollo responding to people on Instagram hinting that the car will come into FH4 or another Forza title. Looks like we might get the car from a FM7 Forzathon Challenge soon but it’s not official. Here’s hoping the car will sound as good as does in real life.

I was just about to make a thread about this. Not a fan of new hyper/super cars (excluding Ferraris), but I like Apollo IE a lot for some reason.
Hope we won’t have to wait a month for it.
I think it’s because of how different it is compared to the other supercars on the road today. It’s basically a road legal concept car. Love it.

It will sound like real life because t10 fixed almost all the car sounds, and for them to put a new car with wrong sound would just be a major step backwards.

Its engine is basically from a Ferrari F12 I think. But, it sounds completely different from an F12. Hopefully Turn 10 took notice of that when they were creating the engine sounds.

If you audition them side by side you’ll hear the F12’s engine note. The exhaust is what gives the IE a different characteristic. If they can get this right I’ll be satisfied with the fact that they could never get the cinque right (although the v12 in forza 7 sounds like a really entertaining v12. Hats off to the sound department, the sound design is nice!). It’s a tuned f12 unit so hopefully they’ll get it right, the new f12 engine note is right so that’s a good foundation.
It would be great. Outside SUVs and off-road vehicles and inside Super/Hiper car. So good Turn 10…
I believe it is coming, i had the CEO of Apollo Automobil tell me about this last year at Goodwood FOS. he did say it would be a while but it was coming.

I also wish they would’ve waited for the 1,000 bph, 11,000 rpm version. The valkyries probably enough though. That’s definitely coming to forza.
