Anyone have any insight to the Win10 20H2 frame stutter problem?

I play primarily on my series x these days, but this has been driving me nuts. I know this wasn’t a problem prior to this win10 update.

System specs:

2700X - 16gb DDR4 - Samsung m.2 drive - 1080Ti FE

Not the newest machine, but it was solid in the past and my hardware hasn’t changed so it has to be software related. I’m running the latest Nvidia driver - 465.89

Do you have steam version or microsoft version

MS Version. I’ve had this game since launch. Hadn’t any performance issues until this 20H2 update.

Always make a fresh install. Also 20h2 update is old. 21h1 is already here. Try getting that instead.

Haven’t seen it come thru else I would. I roll mainline, not insider. Insider bit me more than enough times.
