So I just checked what is my “favourite” car ( the one I have driven the most in game) and it is Volvo 850R
I’m curious if anyone else has similarly “weird” or lets say unusual car as their favourite. I love driving that 850R, I tuned it myself to top of S1 class and it’s fun to drive, it slides a lot and it worked fairly well for my dirt racing. So anyone else who doesn’t drive all the time around in supercars?
Local Motors Rally Fighter for me. Because I’ve got the dumbest setup on mine. I put the racing engine in it and then basically gave it a lift kit, big wheels, sloppy suspension. It’s awful in the most fun way, the damn thing just bounces and sways all over the place making it nearly impossibly to control and it’s just stupid fast. I put the pedal down and I may not know where I’ll end up going but I’ll get there in a hurry.
And could fix the tuning on it no problem. But if I did that, it’d be just like all my other cars. The fact that it is that uncontrollable monster is what makes it unique, and why it’s my favorite.
I have one of those set up for drift … in beige … with a “baby on board” sticker on the back … It’s my Dad drifter wagon
Not my favourite car … that comes up as a Merc SL65 Forza edition
I haven’t checked the stats but my most driven car has gotta be either the 65 Mini or Lotus 340r, since I’ve done hundreds of rivals laps in both of those. It helps that they’re competitive AND fun as heck to drive.
Love the 850r btw, something about that car makes it such a fun car to tune up different ways. FWD grocery-getter sleepers FTW.
Bugatti Veyron SS, X-tuned.
I tried to make racecar from it but it’s just too heavy, but for some reason it has been my Forzathon Live events car for month and I also do most of Playlists PR stunts with it.
It handles like pregnant elephant in races, I mean it’s terrible but in Live events I have broken my previous 3star PB’s with it constantly.
Bugatti Veyron could be mine as well, because it is my best downloaded livery with 26000 downloads of my Game Of Thrones design.
Mine is odd in a way that I didn’t see it coming and it definitely isn’t my favourite car. Stat say it’s the Ford F-150. I don’t know how it is possible. The only reason I can think of is that I hate CC and while I was making my way through the story it was my go to offroad vehicle. I do like to switch it up, variety is the spice of life after all, but my true favourite car is the Hoonigan Porshe 911. Biggest disappointment for me is that I only get one in this game.
Never paid the Ferrari Dino much attention before, but something about it with the engine swap, no bumpers, and white lettered tires makes it s e x y.
Digging all the love for the Volvo 850R
A car I’d dearly love to run in real-life, but sadly I think they’ve all either gone to the big scrappy in the sky or else have appreciated as a classic beyond my reach.
Never really been a fan of the V70 that replaced it?
At best might be able to find a ‘standard’ T5/Turbo (not the T5-R) one day.
Will look up my ‘favourite’ car. Suspect it’s the 65 Mini (I have a ‘97 version) or else one of the Focus’ RS’s.
Volkswagen Type 2 <3
Most driven is the Hoonigan RS200.
Favourite Car? The 2003 Focus.
Ice/Rally/Citycarver, that thing can do anything.
When I get the game loading stats, it always tells me my favourite car is the Koenigsegg One, which is a bit confusing because I’ve only used it a handful of times and didn’t like it much (found it a nightmare to control).
The cars I know I use most are the Mosler and the TVR Speed 12, with the Subaru Impreza and Holden Sandman next in line.
So I’ve no idea why the game thinks I love the K1!
For a long time the game listed the Porsche 968 as my favorite (I guess since I did a lot of the Street Scene races with it?), before then it was the '01 RS4 Avant that I drive a lot because it’s the closest thing to my actual daily in the game. Now that I’ve done a bunch of Goliath farming it’s the “boring” MC12 FE.
For me it’s my 1938 MG TA, in a nice burgundy color. IRL the TC model was always my passion since I was a teenager, but I’ll never own one. I did a nice chassis tune, stock engine and tires, and I race it at D100 of all things. It corners on rails, race courses and dirt courses, and is perfect for refining my driving skills.
Previous Forzas, motorsport and horizons, the GMC Syclone was always a favorite. In FH3 I tuned 2 of them to S class. One was RWD with aero and tuned to be somewhat handle able, I call that one Dr Jykle. The other, Mr Hyde, my favorite one, was tuned to 1006hp, rear aero only, rwd. Very similar to my drag trucks but tuned a little more cruise freindly. Cruises great at 120-150mph but will hit 220 quite easily and gets there very quickly. Good stuff.
For this game, no syclone, the Hula girl has sorta taken over that roll. I’ve got several built and tuned in different classes. Just love that car.
And the Chevy Colorado! I’ve got one of those built with the 7.2, fully built to 1300hp along with a matching paintjob (well most of my cars have paintjobs to go along with them).
For Drifting it’s the #88 Mustang.
Local Motors Rally Fighter for me. Because I’ve got the dumbest setup on mine. I put the racing engine in it and then basically gave it a lift kit, big wheels, sloppy suspension. Similar to my S1 Toyota Baja (my most used car by a long shot) - it’s the best for bombing across the map with no regards for roads, was fast enough for me to 3-star practically every Danger Sign and at least 2-star (if not 3) most of the speed traps. Pretty easy to control too, just you have to make sure you allow half a county to stop in and don’t expect it to be nimble enough to herd sheep.
Good solid choice for Forzathon Live too.
Gee, I swear I’ve heard this somewhere before.
My game says my favorite car is the Porsche 911 GT3 RS PO. I’d say it fits here because of the rarity. But it performs so well, arguably the best performing out of all the PO cars.
