I have about 3 million CR and would like to spend it as efficiently as possible in game. What needs to be purchased first? I have the starter home, 13 barn finds, and 14 Ferrari FXX K ( most valuable car).

is a completion requirement if going for 100% to own 10 properties but no need whatsoever to waste 15 million on edinburgh castle
Fairlawn Manor first, unless you plan on doing a lot of FT Live, in which case, get Lake Lodge. FT happens every hour, on the hour, so watch the clock. The start zone appears at XX:50. Find it on the map and plan on being there.
Smash all the fast travel boards and get the fast travel house then then most of the other houses are irrelevant.
You need a car for making perk points, the rs turbo will do and it’s a barn find. Some Fe cars are better. Lots to be gained from applying perks to cars as it gives 200 influence per point.
Don’t go crazy upgrading cars, the game just updated the competition.
What’s the point of owning 14 fxx k’s?? It’s not a rare car that you can gain money from so…??
What is your goals? 100% completion? All Achievements? Own All Cars? Online Play? Answers to those would probably help us answer. …but in general, if just playing through the normal campaign/races, then I wouldn’t go crazy buying cars, once you get into it, the game will start throwing cars and money at you, at least it did for me. I only bought a car if the game/race required a vehicle type I didn’t already have. And if you do need to buy cars, make sure to check to auto show prices and then go to the auction and try to buy cars cheaper, (but understand that the good car perks could be already used).
Also, participate in the hourly forzathons & weekly challenges. Its basically free cars/clothing/wheel spins, without much work.
