Any multiplayer with damage enabled?

Hello together,

how can I enable damage (simulation or tire/fuel) in a multiplayer (not private ones). If I enable it in the assists options, it doesn’t get effective, the global setting (cosmetic) is used.
Or are there any multiplayer modes, where damage can be enabled?

Maybe this question already has been answered somewhere, sorry if so. But I could only find the opposite problems (damage enabled) - confusing, I never had a multiplayer with damage enabled.

but any race available anytime without restrictions (like not only road licensed or specific car types)?
