This has been asked numerous times and the continued response is: we don’t know yet. Keep an eye on this thread which, coincidently, is labeled “What we know so far…” and is stickied at the top of the forum.
If you take 4 to Horizon 1 as precedence, you should at least be able to transfer vinyls, but it hasn’t been confirmed. Transferring cars, I doubt it, but you could be rewarded based on your driver levels in the other games… Tunes, I doubt will transfer over unless the tuning is exactly the same as Forza 5.

Currently we do not know for sure one way or another.

If we know definitively, there will be updates made to QUANTUM DRiFTER’s “What We Know so Far” thread. Until then, the community can discuss it all we want but it won’t mean we know anything knew.
