[ANSWERED] Permanently stuck at level 20 SKill

Hey guys,

I’m permanently stuck at level 20 Skill, at fist I thought maybe I didn’t see it right but now I’m sure I’m stuck.
Actually I should be recieving rewards because I should be level 23. But I’m not getting the rewards because I 'm not leveling up.

Pls help or tell me what to do.

Level 20 is the max. It just loops, giving you a wheelspin every time. This is totally normal.
