I have recentley lost my save data on FH4. It boots me back to the prologue every time I start the game. Is there any way the staff here can help me recover my save? Thanks.

I am not playing the demo, what a ridiculous thing to say
The demo doesn’t save progress so it makes sense that you’re playing it. If you’re playing the full game how are you exiting the game? Most of us travel back to the Horizon Festival to trigger a save. Are you on PC and have folders that are read-only?

I now realize it was because I accidentially cancelled the sync
Oops, have to tried deleting your local save and letting it re-sync to the cloud?
Is that even possible on PC? I was under the impression the game files are inacessible

Yes, I have as of about 6 hours ago but so far nobody has gotten back to me
