Cant believe that the MS Store is still having issues when downloading large games, had the same issues with FH3.
The download will start then get to a certain point and just reset back to zero. After 3 attempts it got past the 64gb and carried on to 83gb before then restarting. I have tried wsreset with no luck.
My broadband is not the fastest at 5mb and getting pretty fed up of having to leave my pc on downloading 24 hours a day just for it to fail again. You have to ask how a company as big as MS are still having these issues after over 2 years.
Same here, is it for you guys aswel that its saying that the Ultimate edition is instaled, but its downloading Forza Horizon 4 aswel. Whats with all that?
It’s going to fail every time on a slow connection in my experience. I went through all the workarounds multiple times, that all works, resetting, making a new Software Distribution folder, etc. Had MS Support do it remotely twice to make sure it was right. Still failed after a while. Had to go to a friends house with a fast connection. Finished the download the first try. It’s not a great work around, but the only one I have found for folks with internet as slow as this. Good luck.
LOL!!! Got to 28gb after 3 days and it resets. Got to 25ish gb after another 2 days and reset. It’s a beautiful display of technology. So now I’m suppose to move my 1000lb thermaltake tower 900 with custom water loop to my buddies house to download. I can’t wait!! Thank you.
Just ask for refund today. Lost 38 gigs again. I had a live chat with a person from Microsoft support and he just verify my purchase and then refund it.
I wanted to play forza 4 but this problem is ridiculous. Very sad now. What game should I play now
same here. I was able to install it on the xbox console without any issues even with 8 mbps connection. I can’t even remember anymore how many attempt am I at right now. the moment your internet fluctuates the download is screwed. I really wanted to play this on my PC as well currently at 5% and the game will release in 24 hours for ulti edition
