I’m having the same problem as everyone else , i keep getting disconnected from online gameplay ranked and unraked , it’s been happening since the last update and i am not able to enjoy this game anymore since online gameplay it’s broken. Please fix this huge bug asap because a long time already pass and no one else are able to play this game , same as me , same problem.
I re install windows 10 fresh and the game and the issue is getting worse , i already opened a support ticket but nothing has happened since then. Please help with this problem , has been long enough , thank you. I’m on PC.
Looking around reddit and here it looks like a widespread problem, but they dont even aknowledge it, I really doubt they will do anything about it. Maybe if we flood this forum with new toppics about this subject we will annoy them enough to fix the problem.
The team is currently seeing the Disconnection issues after Online Adventures a lot of players are experiencing. This is under investigation and is a top priority for the team.

Well that’s good news, all our yapping has gotten attention. However, I would not have put this as answered… investigating is more appropriate. A simple solution to 98% of the yapping would be just to remove Online Adventure from the requirements.
I did several unranked FFAAs the other night, maybe 5 of them, and every single time I got disconnected right before the final leaderboard would have shown.
Hi all. I am also having the same issues as everybody else. Doesn’t matter if it is ranked or unranked online adventure. After a few races (2-3, sometimes more) or right after finishing the adventure, i get disconnected. Played more than 5 adventures and got disconnected from each of them. I have no incentive to play this game UNTIL IT IS FIXED!! I have done all the normal races and challenges in the game so it’s really boring now. Online adventures was something i would come back to for sure. This has to be addressed as soon as possible.
Hi i would like an update on a solution for this bug that started with the latest patch for the game , update on this issue please ?
Also i would like to report that the problem is getting worse , i’m still unable to finish any unranked or ranked event as it always disconect after the second race.
Here is a screenshoot of the reason i get disconnected on FH4. Never had this problem before ever. I have a fast and reliable internet connection of 200/100 optical fiber and no problems with any of my dozens of games i play online , the problem is only in Forza Horizon 4. Thank you for any help or guidance to resolve this issue as it is frustrating not been able to play this game.
I kept being disconnected while doing the Trial of this week.
Kinda frustrating to be disconnected at the last race twice in a row… with not much time left to complete it.
All the other games work fine, only Horizon 4 I experience issues with online. Being offline works like a charm, tho.
Well it is happening again , since yesterday i’m getting disconnected from online gameplay and it is random this time , i could be racing online unranked / ranked against other players and i get disconnected in the middle of of a race. Also while doing the seasons challenges or while running the streets doing anything. Also i have been getting crash to desktop once in a while, what is going on with this game ???
Sometimes / days it play nice and i can race online for hours upon hours and some days i get nothing but disconnected from online gameplay and / or crashes to desktop ??? Why all this bugs ??? When are Turn10 and Microsoft fix all this huge bugs ??? I’m already tired and very annoyed / disgusted by the lack of support , i have just had it !!! Where can i ask for a full refund ? The game it is unplayable at this state …
