Recently Turn 10 released the Ford Raptor Project Scorpio Edition. I’ve got it in my gifts tab and am connected to the internet. The game is updated to the latest version and I was able to claim and download every other gift in the gifts tab except for the Raptor. I thought there was a loading issue so I tried again yesterday morning and had the same issue. I still couldn’t claim it even after turning off the system, taking the game disc out, and playing a different game for a while. Please help because I REALLY want the Raptor. Thank you for reading this.
I was able to claim the truck. But when I looked in my garage it wasn’t there. Is there anyway for it to be resent?
I don’t know. I haven’t tried claiming the Raptor for a while so I don’t know if the issue is resolved. I think they just released another update so maybe they’ve fixed all the bugs. I’ll check when I get home.

I have the same problem here. I cant download it. I see the message in the message center from turn 10, but nothing happens while i press the button for downloading.
Can you please try changing your privacy settings for “You can see and share content” to “Everyone” and try downloading the cars again? On your console, go to Settings>Account>Privacy & online safety>Xbox Live privacy>View details & customize>Game content>You can see and share content>Everyone.
Once you set the new settings, please close the game, reboot the console and try again.
