How do you add decals to mirrors really.
I cannot find the Mirror select option.
And
What side can you do the Mirror Select Option?
I cannot figure out.
Btw, what Players can now mirror select layers to the other side of a vehicle does mean?

I can tell you it’s nothing to do with the mirrors on the car.
It’s talking about ‘mirroring’ from left to right or vice versa on the sides of the car.
Not actually tried this function since it was introduced but would believe it will work similarly to the insert from right/left side option - just sounds like you can choose which layers will be copied to the other side, rather than inserting the whole side of the car in one go.
If you have a layer or layer group on the left or right side of the car, you can press A to bring up the edit menu and choose the option “Mirror To Other Side”.
Answer to your original question is - No. You cannot add decals to mirrors. Even if you removed an original livery from the car that did have them. In fact, you’ll also have that issue with some of the windscreen shades as well. Go figure.
