Hello Turn 10 and Playground Games, I am here to inform you guys on something that has been bothering me since the launch of Forza Horizon 4, and that is the engine audio file for the 2015 Audi TTS Coupè. The reason why it has been bothering me is because I think the car doesn’t sound as good as it should be. It needs a new sound file, and I say it needs it because it sounds exactly the same as the 2016 Honda Civic Type R, which it shouldn’t. If you guys can, it would be brilliant to send out your audio team to source the 2015 Audi TTS Coupè and record the engine sound for it. I watched your in-depth procedure on how you record sound, and I have an idea on expanding it. Since you guys record the engine from different angles (exhaust, cockpit, engine itself, etc.) I thought, why not use the different angles for different camera angles? For example, you use the exhaust recording for the chase cameras, cockpit for cockpit, and the engine recording for hood and bumper camera, instead of mixing them all together for all camera angles like you guys have been doing? Anyways, if you guys could put that idea into play if you find the 2015 Audi TTS Coupè, that would be not only a beneficial impact on myself, but also all the Forza community that have been asking for sound file quality improvement.
