Who can confirm all of the so far announced animals that’ll take part in the game?
So far I know the game will feature sheep, deer, crows and something stated in the Spring stream… roosters I think it was?
I can’t remember if I had seen gameplay footage of Cows previously?
Fairly sure there are more and perhaps something else I had forgotten that was also mentioned.
There are butterflies that float around the flower gardens during summer. You can see them in the Summer Seasons stream when they are parked outside the house talking about car customization.
This begs the question: Roadkill?
Off the top of my head: sheep, rabbits, chickens, deer.
Forget it, you will never manage to touch even the smallest of lambs, see for yourself how the British breeds move faster than any hypercar.
Maybe they’ll do an Animal Week reveal, similar to the previous Car Weeks except each week they reveal an animal that will be featured in the game.
It’s a great idea, I know. I’m still amazed they haven’t hired me as part of their marketing team yet.

I don’t see that happening to be honest. Not enough time left and they still have yet to reveal week by week the car list. Plus it’s an automotive game, so I don’t think they’ll do a week by week announcement of animals.
It’s set in the UK so I’m hoping for foxes and rabbits.
I know we’re technically not supposed to be able to hit any animals, but I swear I hit a deer that vanished at the moment of impact in the demo and I just watched my daughter nail a sheep that also vanished at the moment of impact. 
Still - I’m super impressed with the animal avoidance AI!
I drove over some chickens that were on the road last night but nothing came of it! lol
As we all know by now, the killer feature of FH4 is its chickens. They cackle. They run out of the way with immaculate precision. They fly. They peck. They cross the road.
Now that it’s winter in the game, they’re nowhere to be seen. I think this reflects reality, which I visit every so often. I imagine they’re inside, in the warmth, laying eggs and cackling. Fair enough, I suppose.
But they’ll be back in spring though, right? Right? 
NO! they will never come back!

I saw a rabbit in one place, once. Maybe when spring gets here I will see them again.
I have seen chickens/roosters and I have come across at least 1 field with some form of cattle. Beyond that I have seen what you listed.

For the last 2 weeks I’ve spent way too much time trying to run over one of those darn things. I’ve tried chasing them down, sneaking up on them, even getting a run to ambush them, but I think it’s almost impossible if not totally.
But anyway, look at the bright side, I’ve got lots of skill points to spend.

Anyway when you do actually hit them they just disappear…or they disappear before you hit them…they don’t go splat
I somehow managed to land on one while bouncing around in an Ariel. Any attempt at catching one on the run has proven to be an exercise in futility.
I cannot chase down the chickens or deer (or what ever they are) either.
