Hey Turn10, Why is there no support for analog Handbrake from Fanatec for example In Forza7 and Horizon3. And did you ever think about to give UDP Dataexport free vor Dash Apps?
Greetings from one of your biggest Fan:racing_car:
My guess is because they might break something important accidently (not a good track record to date for this game imo).
I too would love to see handbrake support on console considering we have an analog handbrake deadzone slider. Sure you can swap clutch and handbrake on a wheel and have that work analog, but as soon as you attempt an actual one…
My other guess is they can’t afford one, hence why it’s not supported.
+1 for this feature of Fanatec handbrake v1.5 for Xbox One - Not having this support is very odd, really one of the only games i’ve come across that does not have it. When is this support coming ?
You know what game just came out that supports it?
Gravel.
That’s right, the arcade off-road racing title has better hardware support than Forza. FM7 has the analog deadzone, give us the controller customization to map the axis.
Yeah thats really funny! it does!
@Turn10 - can we at least get an update on if handbrake will be supported ??? It would be better to tell us if you do not plan to support it so we can plan accordingly ( drive to the store and purchase playstation pro with gran turismo) than to say nothing at all - at least a " hey we are looking into this" or " yes we are working on support in an update stay tuned etc.
Forza is a great game, but without the handbrake it is very limiting, as there are situations where handbrake is vital and not supporting one of the best quality fanatec handbrakes just does not make sense. Now we realize this may be due to a driver/compatibility issue or mapping issue etc. but simply not giving any feedback on if it will be supported is not good for the community - communication, communication, communication.
If there is another thread that addressed this, I do apologize, but again handbrake functionality is critical on the xbox with fanatec setups.
