Specs:

• Engine: 4.8L V8 (naturally aspirated)
• Horsepower: 375 @ 5800 rpm
• Torque: 383 lb-ft @ 3800 rpm
• Transmission: 5-speed automatic (a manual was not offered)
• Drivetrain: RWD
• 0-60: 5 seconds (estimated)
• Top speed: 160-162 mph (electronically limited)
• Note: Alpina produced around 555 examples of the Roadster V8, which was, of course, based on the BMW Z8; out of the 555, 450 were allocated to the United States (according to Wikipedia, they were sold directly at BMW dealerships in this market), while eight were sent to the United Kingdom
