All Star Motorsport Pack DLC for standard game

Hey all

Absolutely loving Forza Horizon 3. Haven’t played it since FH1 all
Those years ago and way back when FM was originally released !

I am trying to obtain the V8 Supercar as part of the all stars Motorsport pack (#22 Sharkbite VF)
Problem is it doesn’t show as a DLC pack

I’ve spent hours trying to research how the heck I can get hold of it without any luck

Can someone please guide me to a method? Do I need to buy a VIP membership then the car pack ? Is there something else I can do? Surely there is a way for someone with a standard copy.

I am super keen to get hold of my favourite car in the game.
