ALL BOUGHT CARS IN MY LIST GONE :(

i had a look and couldn’t find anything in the forums about this (unless i missed it lol)

I havn’t played forza 5 for a month or so, came back to jam some sweet sweet racing.
My WHOLE bought car list is gone. All of the racing leagues i’ve done are still checked, the money earned, teir levels are all good, xp earned all good. just every single car i own, GONE. I’ve done well over half the carear mode… ;(

Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it, or is forza 5 crashing or servers issues.

So far my xbox one has been:- restarted - hard restarted(power off at wall)- i’ve checked my network and the NAT type is open
i’m at a loss please help!?

Don’t know if this will fix it but try this. Go completely offline ( go to network settings) and start up forza. Now do a race or make a tune or anything that requires the game to save something. Now quit the game, go back online, start the game again. It should now ask you if you want to load from the cloud or from your console. Choose cloud and hope it is fixed. :wink:

it didn’t work…
i also tried changing profile in game then back to my profile. no cloud promps.
is there anyway to directly tell it to load from the cloud or is it just fingers crossed it happens??
