I see the Alfa 33 all over the leader boards in C class, however this car in my collection is a B class car and can’t be downgraded. I might be going mad, but can someone please let me know how I can get this as a C?

Moved to tuning.
They probably put drag tires on the car. I know a few of the higher class cars have to have drag to drop it to lower class also

No you don’t need drag tires.
You need:
ENGINE AND POWER: Everything stock
PLATFORM AND HANDLING: Race Front Stab
DRIVEDRAIN: Street Gearbox, Race Diff
TIRES AND RIMS: Smoothie Rims (or any other with the same weight)
AERO: Forza rear wing
CONVERSATIONS: None
