Advanced Camera on Right Stick

FH3 is my first experience with a Forza game since FH1 and FM4.
When applying decals it lists the Right Stick as ‘Advanced Camera’ but all it seems to me is that it’s just a standard rotating camera. I seem to remember from those earlier games that it would allow you to zoom in closer and other things.
Am I missing something? Did I remember correctly? I’ve tried clicking and moving, holding down and moving but get nothing except the standard cam.

BTW, this is on PC with a fully working controller.

Dunno if this is any help but on the Xbox controller a single tap on the right stick will toggle Close, Medium & Far views.

Holding down the left stick zooms from Far to Close view… slowly, LoL!

Thanks. That’s the kind of thing I was expecting to happen. I’ll give it another go and I’ll take a look at the controller presets as well.
Just for curiousity are you on an X1 or X3360 controller?
