Add/Support XeSS upscaling

As title suggests,
Please add intel XeSS, it’s a good alternative - eg. Forza Horizon 5 already got it a while back,
and imho it looks noticeable better than fsr regarding temporal image stabilty/quality especially on Arc dGPUs (and In some games even on radeons via dp4a)

I’m surprised forza Motorsport doesn’t offer it right from the start per default.

I feel like XeSS is necessary for Arc users like myself to get a solid 60fps with RTAO on medium or more.
Surprising TAA works better than FSR from what I’ve tried.
