Would it be possible (it is technically possible) for the template used for the Forza Newsletter be updated to format the plain text version in an accessible way by adding/recognising line breaks in the text so that it is more easily readable by people who use the Plain Text format for privacy or accessibility reasons. Not everybody can or wants to use HTML email
The image below is how Plain Text readers see the newsletter. It’s not great and viewing the email in a browser is not a solution
