So I got a message from Turn 10 yesterday saying my gamertag was banned. The only thing it banned me from was the car club, and when I buy a car it doesn’t let me pick user created liverys.
Also I think it’s time for Turn 10 to get an actual number for support. Because for things like this they want you to email them and then it’s an automatic reply saying to post on here.
Posting here regarding a ban won’t get you anywhere unfortunately. That is an issue only dealt with over e-mail.
More likely than not, it’s because you violated either Turn10 Terms of Use or Microsoft Xbox Live Terms of Use. Did you make any inappropriate paint designs?
Try contacting Microsoft (XBL) themselves, the ban has most likely been put through them rather than TURN 10. The message will have been sent to you from TURN 10, because that is the game…as far as I know the game company does not have the power to ban you, only Microsoft has the power to do that. Contact their support email.
Turn 10 (a Microsoft entity) definitely has the authority to ban. As has been suggested multiple times already, contacting Turn 10 at forzafb@microsoft.com is the only way to appeal a ban of this nature. Period.
