This issue is new-to-Forza and is tied to the addition of Horizon Realms from April of this year.
With the last returning Playlist vote being between “Back to the ‘90s” and “Horizon Summer Party”, many people chose the latter not for the car rewards, but because of the special stadium that’s turned into a beach-themed skatepark, and the accolades tied to it. I have not completed a large part of those accolades, and I refuse to play Horizon Realms to do them. Instead, I wanted to complete them in Free Roam, but upon pinning one of them I noticed the requirements have changed - I must be playing Horizon Realms in order to unlock any of them, despite the same Evolving World requirement being literally available in Free Roam. This ought to be fixed at least for the remainder of this update, as it’s completely unnecessary to lock these Accolades from Free Roam when the correct series has returned.
