Cutscenes are absolutely unneeded in racing game.
I find it hard to believe anyone watches them more than once. Every next time it’s just annoyed button mashing until you get to race. Unless it’s ending practice cutscene, which is unskippable for whatever reason.
It’s pretty clear, from sound of fans inside, they’re not there to hide loading screen, and even then most players would prefer loading screen.
