A question about drift o.z controls

I recently got the steering wheel Drift o.z from logitech. there are 2 modes: the XInput mode and the DirectInput mode, the XInput is recognized as an xbox 360 controller and the DirectInput as a PC game controller.

Since the XInput mode is somewhat delayed when steering, I want to set the DirectInput mode, which is not recognized by Forza Horizon 4. can you set that somewhere that is recognized as a PC controller?

Won’t make a difference, but the Drift O.Z isn’t a Logitech wheel (it’s made by Speedlink)
