What’s with all the redacted posts?

But for Horizon 4 is sort of stress toy. I’v had most of the cars for a long time now and I could buy whatever there’s left but I’m not in a hurry. Pointless to acquire them when I haven’t tried most that there’s in my garage, which is close to limit.

For me I found the game to be quite frontloaded and that after a while aside from weekly challenges and Horizon stories it’s about numbers going up and that just wasn’t good enough for. I stopped caring, started looking for custom routes and can spend evening on long routes while listening to music via Spotify. Lakehurst Supreme, The Bee, Edge, has turned out to be great unless raced with a car that renders Drivatars practically null. So in single player I race mostly with stock vehicles. Not only I discover great routes, I make discover about imagination of route creators and also keep finding new music and on different routes, custom and Horizon, I find out about the car I’m using, can spent few days with one easily.

Those choices sort of gimp multiplayer wise but maybe someday, if there are still players around. I have planned to make my own custom routes for months but there’s quite a few interesting ones in my race que made by others that I haven’t come to make anything yet. That could be goal. Really liked to create route for Classic Racers where Drivatars aren’t gimped.

Mostly FH4 is about having fun, relaxing time, yeah it’s a game but the progression aspect, there isn’t much to it and that the numbers which has no meaning go up, well they go up anyway.

I don’t know, you could maybe race in a racing game. Just sayin.

Try a different game, man. Did you play the previous Horizons? The OG Xbox Motorsport? Just listing games I’ve not played much but interested in.

Could do what i did when i had millions of useless credits
Helped out others by buying out their cars in the auction house at max payout to give them some credits
Why someone needs so many i dont know

Just saw this and that’s what actually did. Down to 666,666,666 now. LOL

“Look how great I am!”

For me it makes no sense to try to reach 999 million, because we all know how people got there: scalping people on the auction house.
They just keep on going selling rare cars for 20 million each because they are greedy.
50 cars @ 20 million each = 999 million. Not that impressive.

But to answer the question of what to do: Trying to reach Rank 10 in Ranked should keep you busy for some time.

Oh, give it rest with your toxic response. You sound like the other troll on here.

Actually I reached 750,000,000 before being able to sell anything for 20m…just so you know.

I was keeping all the original rare cars I’d accumulated from wheelspins until I was able to sell them for more than base price, but then the AH price change last month made the bottom fall out of the market and that was the end of that plan.

So much so, I ended up scrapping loads of the once rare Hummers(x4), 1979 Camaros (x5), 1973 Pontiacs (x6), 2010 VWs (x5), Audi TT RSs (x3) and many more.

So I finished my Billion Credit challenge with a few 20m cars? So what? If players want them, that’s really up to them…not you. It’s down to supply & demand!

If it is full of toxic sounding players, like you, no thanks.

I hate everything about online gaming anyway, so I’ll pass.

I’m not toxic at all, I just can’t see how people are so proud of reaching 999,999,999CR in a game where it’s pretty easy to earn money.
If you would have reached that amount by racing only, I’d say: respect!

I had all available cars (available mid Nov 2018) only 50 days after release plus all the houses.
And I achieved this with racing only.

I feel the same about ranked, but the next update should theoretically put most players a few ranks up.

How little do you know?

Most of my “Bank” has been from racing actually, which is why it took me so long to reach cr750,000,000 credits a week or so ago.

To coin your own phrase “Look how great I am!”

How little do you know…again?

I too had all the houses and available cars by that time (probably before actually), which also, funnily enough was all funded by racing and general gameplay.

When there was nothing left to do until “Fortune Island” was released in the middle of December, I then did a lot, and I mean “A LOT” of grinding, for skill points (reached over a billion SP in the “BMW M6FE” alone), as I wanted to claim all the wheelspins from every car I owned (one of my own little side-challenges).

999,999,999

“BMW M6 FE”: Time Driven: 3476h 14:27? Jeees!

Aside from a couple of cr10,000,000 cars won in wheelspins, most of the cr10,000,000 cars in my garage where from the showroom (full price, with none from AH), so could have hit my target earlier.

I then started to paint cars in order to try and reach “Legendary Painter” so I could sell my “Rare” cars for a fair price (like many others were doing) after initially selling so many so cheap (before I knew about “LP” & “LT”).

Mainly “Police”, “Taxi”, “Star & Stripes” and “Union Jack Flag”, designs, with original, detailed, self made badges, signage etc. Not overly popular though, but I didn’t mind too much as I enjoyed creating them.

But reaching “Legendary Painter” took so long due to mainly “Time Travellers” getting their single-colour designs shared first (which then stayed top ranked) and people choosing other similarly designs which weren’t as good, but I would say that…LOL.

So I took to tuning a couple of months ago, focusing on the cars that were to be used in new “Season Playlist” events, spending to the tune of more than cr200,000,000 on cars (that I already owned, but which had mediocre, legacy tunes installed) from “The Showroom” in order to create new tunes (before scrapping/selling them).

Had a little more success than “Legendary Painter” and ended up sharing 500 quality tunes in total over two months, but still plagued with “Time Travellers” releasing tunes well in advance of those playing properly, so took longer than it should have (despite sharing tunes for new cars within an hour or two of them going live on a Thursday @ 15:30).

So, as you can see, I have put the work in to get there and not via illicit means, like some who hit cr999,999,999 within a few weeks of game release due to glitches and the like.

…and for that, I am immensely proud and so what if I decide to share!

It shows it can be done legally, if you are willing to put the time in (a lot of time in my case).

So there’s no need to get all snarky about it!

Hopefully that will put paid to me having to deal with that toxic environment once and for all, as that is the only “Star Card” I will not complete otherwise. :frowning:

Normally, FH is not a matter of getting all the cars, max CR, max etc. FH is a racing game, so that the interest should be to race.

Agreed! But as I have already said, I have done the game to death and this was my own personal goal after completing everything in normal gameplay, the “Pokemon” effect took effect!

I figure others with similar a goal can see it is achievable without cheating, glitches etc.

Could have done it quicker in hindsight I guess if I’d done a few things different, but still got to where I wanted eventually.

up to me, ranked is a bad joke, I refuse to become a ramming expert in order to avoid to loose the benefits of the 5 previous races in 1 race, elaborating some leave strategy to loose as less points as possible or this kind of thing I have heard/read.
Even people having reached good level are not playing any more just to not loose their level, like if they would be getting worse at playing because they play more… just non sense.

Sadly credits have lost their meaning in this game.

Agreed! But it was my own personal goal to reach 999,999,999 after doing everything to death in the game already (most of it a loooong time ago).
