I read the Speed 12 should’ve been a participation reward for the Rivals event which ended on January 14th/15th. I received every reward car correctly but not the Speed 12. Others have gotten theirs yesterday alongside the FE reward cars. Did I misunderstand how to acquire it?
It’s probably my favourite 90s car and now I’m damned because it can’t be auctioned off and thus isn’t available anymore.
I would gladly turn in all of my exclusive cars for this one 
You got it from the BMW M8 Nurburgring rivals, along with the '91 M3 FE

I got the Speed 12 and three other gifted cars, and I don’t recall doing any rival events in the last month or so. It’s possible I did some and forgot, I suppose.
I think the Speed 12 was sent out by mistake. Here is a snip of what the BH prizes should have been from Max’s post:

That was the other rivals event. There were two going on: the one you mentioned and the BMW at Nurburgring as said above.

Perhaps ??? the BMW rival was a selective rival. As it ‘never’ appeared in my Rival listing. I constantly check and donRivals eithervdaily or at the most, every 2-3 days . . . . And at no time did that rival appear in my listing.
I could be wrong about this but I believe the speed 12 is available as a random level up reward car so keep an eye out for it when leveling up. The Diablo GTR was available this way.

The Diablo was, yeah but I haven’t heard anyone say they got the TVR as a level up reward.

The 1998 TVR Cerbera Speed 12 and the 1991 BMW M3 Forze Edition car were a participation reward for doing the “December Spotlight Challenge - Modern Racing” Rival.
The Rival was to take the 2018 BMW #1 M Motorsport M8 GTE (Free car from December) around Nurburgring GP.
I’m in Aus, and strangely, i know of one person in the UK whose rival info didn’t mention the TVR as a reward, just the BMW. They set a time and confirmed that they did not get the TVR.
I guess it is possible that the TVR was not an available reward for different regions?
UK here and received the Speed 12. It could be possible it was a reward for being within a certain percentile of the leaderboard. I was in the top 1% if that makes a difference.
Same circumstance here. Did the rivals event that was supposed to give out the Speed 12 (But none of the rivals events mentioned it) and I didn’t get it. R.I.P
I hope they feature this car as a reward again sometime soon. Love the Speed 12, have ever since Gran Turismo 2.
They posted the TVR (and M3 FE) would be available as a milestone reward, as well as through the Spotlight Rivals event. But, you could easily interpret this statement differently:
“In addition to the above, the TVR Cerbera Speed 12 and 1991 BMW M3 FE (Spotlight Rivals reward and random Milestone reward option) have been added as Exclusive cars and the 2000 BMW Z8 is now no longer a unicorn (it’s available to buy). The 2018 BMW M8 GTE is a free addition for everyone.”
The statement is wrong, because the Z4M was the unicorn, not the Z8.
I know there’s people who had early access to this car, as it was featured on YouTube videos before the Bounty Hunter prizes were sent. Unfortunately, I don’t know if it’s still possible to get it as a level up reward anymore.
The Diablo certainly could be earned as a level up prize. I just sold my extra one.
It was written right in the description of the rivals event that it would be the prize for participating. Not sure how anyone could have missed it. I saw it just casually scrolling through the events. I guess nobody reads the descriptions.
Half the posts on this forum prove that many people don’t read stuff properly or at all.

The BMW FE was the original reward car for setting a time in the M8 GTE rivals event. During December’s Forza Monthly broadcast, they announced that the TVR was the reward car. Pretty sure that was a mistake, but to their credit T10 updated the description and rewarded both cars at the end of the event.
