There are all cars from the Suggestions Hub that have 100 votes or more (as well as cars with 86+ votes on the second, hidden list at the bottom). Those with the biggest amount of votes (highlighted in bold) are the most probable to be featured in Forza games sooner or later… unless they aren’t lost in some kind of licensing hell (e.g. Mercedes SLR McLaren)
