360 Version gameplay issues

I have a few issues with the gameplay

  1. Why is it if you race against other A.I in hypercar races they DON’T GET RESET for missing a checkpoint
  2. I missed a turn with a checkpoint just after a turn the game then resets me for being too far away but instead of starting me in front of the checkpoint it resets me on the otherside off the checkpoint then resets me again for missing the checkpoint
  3. Also I have hit invisible walls both in freeride and while racing

ALSO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STUPID HYPERCAR CLASS I PAID £40 FOR A RACING GAME NOT A BUMPER CARS GAME YET ANOTHER BLOODY RACING GAME THAT HAS OFF ROAD TRACK BUT NO DIRT TIRES THE HYPERCARS ARE UNCONTROLLABLE ON DIRT

Any chance sumo will fix these problems
