2014 Global Sim Racing Endurance Championship (GSREC)

The GSR Endurance Championship (GSREC) is a true test of the skill and determination of any driver, go it alone or join up as a team(recommended), racing for between 6 and 12 hours around some of the most famous endurance circuits in the world.

  • All competitors will run in one of three available classes; Prototype, GT or Track. The cars available for this series are:

Prototype: (6 car entry list)

  • Peugeot 908
  • Audi R18 e tron quattro

GT: (5 car entry list)

  • BMW M3 GT2
  • Corvette ZR1
  • Ferrari 458 Italia
  • Viper GTS-R

Track: (5 car entry list)

  • Lotus 2-Eleven
  • KTM X-Bow R
  • Caterham R500

The calendar is as follows:

April 5 - 6 Hours of Sebring

June 7 - 12 Hours of Le Mans

August 16 - 6 Hours of Spa

October 25 - 6 Hours of Road Atlanta

December 7 - 6 Hours of Yas Marina

I should add that GSR is not your typical Forza league. We are a dedicated community of mature sim racers. As such, all official GSR events are run with no brake line and cockpit view.

I recently joined these guys “GSR” and I can say that they are a great bunch of racers. They also have all experience(ed) level of drivers, From your casual driver to some of the quickest in FM5.
They also have many other weekly and bi-weekly races (not just the endurance championship)on both FM4 and FM5.
I will admit that it took about a week to learn to drive in cockpit view but my times are now back to normal, its not as difficult as it sounds.
I’m glad I joined these guys! If your a serious SIM racer then they are definitely worth a look. o3.
