Today I knew from my friend that playground games giving 200 super spin wheels for free to every players but I did not get it. I tried to check the messege center but I didnāt get any messege from forza community team also. It seems like every player get this reward without me. Please help regarding that.
Pretty sure you will still have them if you opened the message but didnāt spin all of them - I do.
That was my thinking. It seems like a lot more effort then just deleting the message if you havenāt claimed it yet. Iām gonna guess I still have them. Weāll find out in under an hour.
I redeemed them and spun two before quitting the game and I still have them at the moment.

Wonder if those 200 Super Wheelspins messages are for testing purposes/private gifts?
I wasnāt as lucky to log in, but not too fussed about it. Glad it was sorted out.
Logged in this morning, redeemed the spins, went to work. Just got home and spins were still there. A cool easy 45 mil.
So they accidentally gave everybody 200 super wheelspins, tweeted about it all excited like, then less than 24 hours later said it was a mistake, and recalled them from anyone who hadnāt cashed them in yet.
I donāt want to complain, because itās not like Iām hurting for wheelspins, and I already made the quip about throwing them on the pile. But this strikes me as a little bit sloppy.

Though at least for once PGās incompetence is beneficial to players.

Have to agree. They mishandled a situation that otherwise wouldnāt have been a big deal, and made a lot of people upset (rightfully so) in the process. They need to think more about what theyāre doing and not make such rash decisions in the future.

Guess some social media manager interpreted it as an intentional reward but it turned out to be a glitch. Leaves them in a bit of a pickle for sure.
Well this is not fair, ive played this game for two years and so, and did not received the spins, if this was a mistake, at least compensate the other players that didnt received this gift!! It is not fair!!

I think its unfair that they arenāt still giving this out even though its an accident I had to work all day and came home to a hopeful 200 wheelspins because I had a friend redeem it and now im left out even though much higher level I have much left stuff now because of a glitch, just make it a weekend event to anyone who logs in this weekend and make it fair!

I sent a ticketasking where they were when I got home from work realising I wasnt getting them and got a generic response to me they dont care what they have done and not bothered about the loyal fans they have upset. It was their mistake so they needed to leave it as it was or they need to rectify it to restore the fans faith in themā¦ thats just my opinion though.

I loved the somewhat arrogant imo response of āEveryone makes mistakesā Of course they do but not many would still be in a job given the many āMistakesā that theyāve made over the years. What is the most concerning is given the previous experience they have with making these errors is that they continue to learn nothing from these events and continue to handle them incorrectly. As others have highlighted once the mistake had been made why claw everything back from those who hadnāt already used them. Theyād have been as well leaving them given that FH4 is not a micro transaction based model and at this point in the games lifecycle The game isnāt going to be spoiled for most as they already have all the cars anyway.
